All orders placed with McNeil Racing Inc. (phone, fax, mail, or e-mail), either directly or through a dealer, constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all the conditions listed below:
Warranty and Disclaimer
Items sold by McNeil Racing Inc, Inc. may not be legal for street use in all states. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with applicable state laws. Buyer understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State safety crash guidelines, McNeil Racing Inc is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injuries incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, poor judgment, or acts of nature, etc. All products are intended for off-highway use, and should be used for their intended purposes only. McNeil Racing Inc does not take responsibility over buyer installation, modification, and unusual stress of products. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the products.
All products require professional installation. Buyer understands that some products may require modifications for correct fitment. Minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation. All hoods require hoods pins for safety reason. McNeil Racing does not pay for labor time from body shops that installing pieces or from pieces that are not fitting properly with out our consent. McNeil Racing Inc has made an effort to produce all its aftermarket products to fit the original factory automobile as closely as possible. However, some occasional prepping may be necessary for an ideal fit. The buyer needs to perform these steps to his/her satisfaction before installation. If the buyer wishes to paint the products, he or she must pre-fit the parts to the automobile before painting to ensure proper fit. There are absolutely no returns on painted products.
McNeil Racing Inc packs all products carefully to prevent damage during shipping. However, damage may still occur occasionally in transit. Buyer must inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept or deny the shipment, and if need be, notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt at the driver’s presence. A signed receipt without any notation releases the carrier as well as McNeil Racing Inc., from any further damage claim. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes responsibility of the customer.
All damages must be notified to carrier AND McNeil Racing Inc within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notion on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for the repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is the amount the buyer paid to McNeil Racing Inc and is not negotiable.
All Greyhound shipments must be picked up withing 72 hours of the shipments arrival to avoid storage fees. After 72 hours Greyhound will charge $5 per day for storage. McNeil Racing Inc is not responsible for these fees.
McNeil Racing cannot be held liable for any additional fees that may be incurred in the shipping process such as customs, duties, re-delivery fees, etc.
McNeil Racing assumes that the customer is giving us honest information regarding the status of destination address. If the shipment is invoiced as a commercial address, and is later determined to be a residential address (determined by the carrier), the customer will be liable for these charges. An invoice provided by the freight broker will be provided as evidence of these additional charges.
All shipping dates are approximate. Buyer is fully responsible for all shipping chargers, unless otherwise negotiated. Shipping to a residential address (as opposed to business address) may incur additional costs. Anything Shipped outside of the United States is handled threw the customer, not threw McNeil Racing. All shipments to Canada or Mexico or any other Border city towns will have to pay their own brokerage fees. McNeil Racing Does not pay brokerage fees through any border.
All products require professional installation. Minor adjustments might be necessary. These are normal bodywork prep and installation steps. Therefore it is NOT considered to be defective. Pictures are required to demonstrate true defects on the products prior to return. See below for information on our return policy.
Special orders cannot be returned. There are no returns on fabricated parts (i.e: bumpers, 4 links, 3 links, i beams, skid plates, light bars). Returns on products that have been purchased online are subject to a 6% fee to cover card processing fees. All fabricated parts are all sales final. If the buyer decides to return any part of the ordered item, he or she must contact McNeil Racing Inc and receive a return authorization within (5) days of receiving the parts. A Return Authorization number (RA number) will be issued to the buyer by McNeil Racing Inc, and must be written on the outside of the packages being returned. Returned products must be received back at McNeil Racing Inc with 10 days of issuing the return authorization. There is no return for any parts that have been used, modified, drilled, painted, or installed. All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping and handling fees are NOT REFUNDABLE( whether they have been shipped or not). All products approved for return are for store credit only. All products returned must be in the original shipping carton. Only the original buyer may request for a return of products. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only. If McNeil Racing Inc does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable, buyer must accept any incurred costs. Shipping costs to and from the purchaser are not refundable. Buyer is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his or her own protection. Otherwise, neither McNeil Racing Inc nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. Refund will not be issued on returned products that are damaged on the way back to McNeil Racing Inc
All special orders require a minimum, non-refundable deposit of 50% of the sales total. If there is a cancellation by the buyer for any reason, the deposit is forfeited immediately. In addition, McNeil Racing Inc is not responsible for any late shipments. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as a result of late shipment. If it is not in stock it is Considered a special order. Please allow up to 10 business days for the making of the parts.
McNeil Racing Inc tries to maintain a good stocking level in order to prevent back orders. However, in case a back order is necessary, McNeil Racing Inc will ship the order as soon as parts become available. Back-orders must be cancelled within five days from when order is place, or before when the parts become available, whichever is sooner. Otherwise, the parts will automatically be shipped to the buyer. McNeil Racing Inc tries to ship regular, in-stock items the following business day. Please allow 7-15 working days for in-stock items to arrive. If parts are not in stock and we have to build the parts please allow 7-20 days to have us build the parts and get ready for shipping.
All shipments and orders must be prepaid at time of order.. No COD’s are acceptable. Payments can be accepted in the forms of money order, cashier’s check, VISA card, Master card, Discover & American Express. Company checks are accepted upon credit approval. International orders vary.
McNeil Racing Inc will add a returned check fee for a returned payment. A returned payment is an electronic debit, payment check, or similar payment instrument, which is returned unpaid. We will add a $25.00 fee, over and above the amount of the original check. The fee will not exceed the amount permitted by law.
